Acland Park Sub Division
Located in Rolleston, Canterbury’s fastest growing township lies Acland Park Sub Division which features an architecturally designed flow throughout the entire development, encompassing exceptional recreational facilities such as playgrounds, basketball courts and a pump track all situated at the heart of the development and next to the earmarked shopping precinct. The 1200+ section subdivision commenced late 2018 with stages 8 & 9 being completed in 2022.
Nor West contracting have managed and developed all stages to date within this flagship development, contributing to the overall success and delivery of Rolleston’s showpiece development. This large infrastructure project has boasted some challenging and notable works, from the installation of a 1.4Km long 450dia PE water main through a busy arterial road, as well as the installation of 4m+ deep pump stations and storage tanks to service the wider development. The scale, value, stringent delivery time frames and the successful completion of each stages has given assurance to all involved that Nor West contracting are the right contractor for projects of this scale.
