Westpark Sub Division
This contract, being led by Norwest Contracting as the Head contractor is for the development of old farming land to 143 lot subdivision comprising of low and medium density sections. The subdivision will be uniquely be centered with a deep swale running the length of the works, incorporating bridged access to cul-de-sacs and check dams within to control water infiltration during weather events. The contract has a significant focus on quality and image with a mixture of Asphalt, concrete, plain and exposed, as well as block paved areas and stone masonry feature walls at bridge crossings.
