Castlehill Sub Division
This contract, being led by Norwest Contracting as the Head contractor was for the development of 17 & 19 section stages to the existing castle hill subdivision due to is growing popularity. The subdivision was uniquely located in a rural alpine retreat area aimed at the outdoors with a wilderness environment overshadowed by surrounding mountains and spectacular views. The contract had a significant focus on quality, the environment and incorporating the existing surroundings within the works, as well as maintaining a community hub for locals and visitors. This stage incorporated large clean water swales for future development and maintaining the existing infrastructure in an environmentally friendly method.
