In 2015, and after several years of relying on sub-contractors, Nor West Contracting took it upon themselves to gain better control of their project timelines and quality by reducing the volume of works sub contracted. The intention was to develop a one-stop shop contractor capable of completing 90 -95% of their contracts fully in house using their own multidiscipline departments.
Currently with a staffing level of 90+ spread over five main departments Nor West can cover most aspects of any contract and if, or when required, they can engage suitably proven and reputable sub-contractors to assist, whilst maintaining their quality, safety and efficiency driven focus throughout.
